Even I create with a new name, it still not working. And I have verified
that Everyone has full control but no change. The internet service
manager does not show my virtual directory, but won't let me create a
new one with the same name because it says there's one there already. If
I use the web browser and head to the virtual directory, I get a page
not found error. Wierd....hmmm
