Is the IP address set in the properties of the web site or did you leave it
as all unassigned?
Assign the IP and make sure 443 is listed on the window you get after you
click advance and on the main window also.
JUNE 12th: A new Security patch is available for IIS 4.0 and 5.0. This
patch is not a cumulative patch.
