Update... I realized that when I telnet on port 443 and hit any key, I would
immediately lose the connection. I stopped all IIS/FTP/Exchange service and
tried to telnet in, couldn't get any connection. I restarted all of the
services and same as before, dns error and unable to type anything after a
telnet, although it did connect. I checked all of my sites and sercurity
wasn't used on any but the one I needed. I stopped all of the sites except
for my secure one, and it worked! So I restarted the rest of the sites and
it still works. I don't know why, however.
