>From the error description that you're getting, it sounds like you have
some bad code on the server that is causing it to crash. For example, you
might have a COM component or an ISAPI filter that has a bug causing an
access violation or some other type of fatal exception, which terminates
the IIS process. If you have any custom code running on the server, check
it very carefully for any problems.

If you're good at reading memory dumps, you can use the following article
to troubleshoot this problem:
Q286350 HOWTO: Use Autodump+ to Troubleshoot "Hangs" and "Crashes"
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;Q286350

(For English readers: A rough translation of this error description is "The
World Wide Web Publishing Service has terminated unexpectedly. It has done
this two times. The following corrective action will be taken in 0
milliseconds: No action.")

Hope this helps,
Lisa
