I thought I had just found it in Q267596 - where is says you have to setup
the metabase for password changing. So I followed the intructions and did

adsutil.vbs set w3svc/100/passwordchangeflags 0

(100 is the web site that WONT run OWA password properly)
figuring that this would force SSL password changing. Then I restarted IIS
but it didnt make any difference! Bugger.

Then I checked back in my metabase to find out what were the settings for
the default web site. Guess what- it doesnt have one! Yes, thats right:

adsutil.vbs get w3svc/1/passwordchangeflags
tells me the value is not set and
adsutil.vbs get w3svc/passwordchangeflags
tells me the value is 3 !!!!!

which is the ONLY value NOT documented in Q267596.

So what does '3' mean in this metabase key?
