Hi all.
We are having a problem with FTP'ing files to a W2K server
that has had the lockdown tool applied to it. We regularly
ftp multiple files from one unsecured server to a web
server that has been locked down.
Problem is, every now and again one of the files that is
sent is full of spaces... in fact, the spaces make the
file exactly the same size on the receiving server as is
on the sending server. (Not a specific file, but rather
one file in 15 or so...)
It is not related to the FTP Application, and it is not
related to the original server supplying a bad file... we
know this because the problem appeared once we applied the
lockdown tool, and the server still ftp's succesfully to
other servers thru the same firewalls that do not have the
lockdown applied.
Does anyone have any ideas on why this is happening, and
how we can fix it?
Thanks - Brad
