You might check to see whether the the web site is composed of multiple web
sites, and also whether some of the URLs they are using point to a different
domain and server name in the URL. You might also check the authentication
methods selected on the folders containing the web pages in question to
confirm that the same authentication methods are checkmarked as compared to
the web pages that work fine.
