PERRUN Virus

 Several days ago, I received the Perrun Virus over the
internet. I've set some parameters in Explorer to
intercept incoming messages. I ran my virus scan this
morning and my current file / folders are clean. Is there
anything else I can do to not have this image of this
bound nude woman appear on my screen. Any further
assistance is appreciated.
