Gotcha on the FTP/IE thing. Thanks for the insight.

At this time, if a user incorrectly types in the wrong
credentials, the authentication window comes back up a
maximum of two more times before saying Access Denied. In
terms of saving the incorrect password, it appears that it
will save the wrong password because the server's Event
Viewer shows errors relating to either a bad username or
bad password.

It's something that is confusing, because it really
shouldn't be giving us these kind of problems. :-|
