OK, here's the issue as I have narrowed it down to. It seems that it is
the way Acrobat is trying to connect to the WebDAV server. I can go
directly to the WebDAV folder (via the web) and login just fine, but
then when I go to a PDF and it tries to connect thru the Online Comments
setting is where it doesn't work. Unless I add the user to the Domain
Admins group, which I don't ahve to do if I go directly to the resource.
