Need to grant registry permissions programmatically to specific us

When I execute a exe as an local administrator, I need to grant permission to
a doamin member to a group of Local_Machine and Current_User registry
directories and keys so that when the user logs in they can add key values,
delete keys and change keys. The examples that I have seen have not shown
