If you put in dangerous code on your server, whose fault is it?
You can do anything you want on the server, you control it.

Are you familiar with sql injection and xss?

If you blindly accept sql commands in your web pages server script, be it
    asp/asp.net/php/perl,
then whose fault would it be if your tables and databases start dropping?
