SIPERNET / ASP.NET

    I was trying to find out some information concerning two things:

    1. Does anybody know of an application that is running on a SIPERNET that
    was written in ASP.NET? If so can you point me to some documentation on it.

    2. I found an ASP.NET service running on my xp - home machine and I have
    not done any ASP.NET development on it. I have however loaded the
    development software for 2003 .NET. So does anybody know if that is needed
    for me to access an ASP.NET application from my machine?
