Cryptography Error in Windows 2003

    We are getting following error when trying to use Cryptography in dot net in Windows 2003:
    System.Security.Cryptography.CryptographicException: Cryptographic service provider (CSP) could not be found for this algorithm.
       at System.Security.Cryptography.TripleDESCryptoServiceProvider..ctor()

    The same code works fine when the componet is called form ASPX page but does not work when called from command line.

    Any ideas?
