I've searched the MSDN and google, and so far have only come across one
article about the above, and its a pay site that I don't have an account
for, yet. It may just be that I'm not using the right terms to search for
    it.

I'm trying to set it up for the first time and not really sure how to
determine what rights my app will need. Anyone have any online referances
    about the .net configuration 1.1?

    Thanks
    Wayne
