Obfuscation

We are looking to purchase an obfuscation package for
our .NET application. The free version distributed with
Visual Studio .NET does not offer all the features we
require.
I was curious to see what other people are using and what
sort of results they have experienced. Any feedback on
this would be much appreciated.
