COM+ fails in Windows 2003 server

Hi,
I have a COM+ component.A .NET wrapper is made on top of the COM+ component.
The .NET component is called from IIS using system as the username in machine.config(process model)

The .NET component is invoked well from a Win 2K server, but it fails in a Win2003 server.
Any ideas will be appreciated.
