.Net decompiler

Hi,

I am trying to use .Net decompiler anakrino. I downloaed from the site http://www.saurik.com/net/exemplar which is mentioned on msdn. I unzipped it to a folder on my machine. When I try to run it it crashes during the startup itself. I also downloaded the anakrino.xml(updated file) and updated the C:Windows to point to correct directory on my machine but it still does not work.

Are there any installation instructions available anywhere? What am I missing here? If somebody used it, please let me know what needs to be done to fix the crash problem.
