Finding nonrepudiation-certificate?

    I have three X509-certificates located in My-store and I want to select the
    certificate which supports nonrepudiation in order to sign a xml-document.
    Is there any support for this in DotNet or do I have to use CryptoApi? If
    so, any suggestions how to accomplish this?
