Basic .net persmission settings?

I have iis 5 and asp.net running. It hosts multiple sites using a single ip.

Please tell me the ideal iis/ntfs persmission settings for these two
folders:

img folder for any anonymous user to upload a picture which will be
referenced on another web page.

db folder which holds an access db

I'm so confused. I have IUSR, IWAM, ASPNET user accounts. What should i do?

If i have II6, would the settings be the same as iis5?
