Hi,
I have been trying to create new projects on a remote server using Visual studio.net, and i am unable to do so....
we have a webserver which has vs.net and IIS on it, and a file server which does not have IIS on it, I am trying to create projects from the web server to the fileserver.
1) When we map a drive to the remote server and specify the path in VS.net , the ok button doesnt get enabled .
2) I tried by creating a virtual directory on IIS to map to the remote Server, and then i tried creating a project under it, it says you are not authenticated to do the operation.
I desperately need a solution, Please can anyone help me.
Thank you
Praveena.
