Directory not found or Security

We have an ASP.Net application that when we try to
initiate returns a messages that states that the current
directory can not be accessed or it is not found. As far
we can tell we have the appropriate settings on the ASPnet
account but we cannot get rid execute the application. It
thinks the directory doesnot exist or the security
settings are wrong...
