Hi there.

Appologies for the vague reply, but I'm thinking bout your situation
right now and I feel that using code-access security might be the
answer here.

Essentially you can add code into Assembly A to check the security
privileges of other assemblies that are accessing your code. There are
many resources on the web about this, so a search on Google should
point you in the right direction.

Appologies for not having any url's on hand to list, but just look out
for code access security, and see if that could be what you need.
