Using RADIUS in .Net

Is there a way to use RADIUS protocol in .Net?
Here is the problem:
There is already a program Called NTTac+ which can handle user managing
procedures in our ISP but the main problem is that this program does not
solve all our business needs. So, I decided to write a custom program to
handle all our User managing needs. I mean anything we need. I have to be
able to handle RADIUSed requests comming from our CISCO desvice and all I
need is a Tutorial or Hint on how to handle RADIUS requests coming from the
specified device.
