Not able to Install the Windows service(.NET) with LocalUser account

Hi,
I am not able to install windows service with LocalUser
account.

The error is :

"System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The account name is
invalid or does not ex
ist, or the password is invalid for the account name
specified"

I have windows 2k with sp2. Please tell me where I am
wrong , I am logged in as a Administrator.
