I've got a project on a shared drive (using clearcase). I
get the "Strong name validation failed ..." only when I run
within Visual Studio.net. If I run it from the command
line, it works fine. sn -vf says 'server.exe' is valid. I
registered for verification skipping with sn -Vr server.exe.
I even used caspol to turn off security and execution
checking. I further gave the machine "intranet" full trust
(for the shared clearcase drive). What's left?
Oh, one more thing. All this started after I converted my
server into a windows service. I've since removed all the
new 'service' code (undo checkout), but it won't run.
Thanks for any help.
