Posting/reading NNTP with NTLM authentication

I am trying to access an IIS NNTP server to read and post messages to it.
The server is set up with the "Integrated Windows Authentication" check box
checked (and only that one).
I can't find a way to use the NTLM functionality in dotNet to "talk" NNTP.
So anyone know how to go about this?
