How to determine if currently logged in user belongs to a local user group?

I have a ASP.NET application, but ASP.NET security is useless, because I
need to use security check INSIDE a webform to determine whether or not to
display a UI element. The check determines if currently logged in Windows
user belongs to a particular user group. I don't know what .NET classes to
use.
