Yes, you're right, .Net applies by default security restrictions on exe's
located on the network. To change the configuration, go in the Control
panel, then in Administrative Tools. You'll find .Net configuration there. I
haven't tried this configuration tool yet so I can't help you more, but it
should be easy to guess.
