why dont you create a winForm and run it right on the browser?
your users will need the .net framework anyways.

There is a way to develop a applet-like application in VB.net, avoiding all that security exceptions a ActiveX raise?
I need only rights allowed for a applet, nothing else
I'm really annoied with all this permission settings a user have to make oin order to run my application when I dont need nothing harmfull for the clients.
There is a way to fully garantee that my application dont do anything harmfull? Without special certificates....

          PLease, iluminate me :)
