Is Macromedia going to be bought by Microsoft?

We have heard that Microsoft is going to buy Macromedia, and after that is
going to focus on flash with integrating .net into it and disregard Director
and consequently its Lingo.

I would like to hear if you have heard something, or if you have an opinion
concerning..
