Cache problem in using AuthorizationStoreRoleProvider with Authroization Manager (AzMan)

I have problem by using AuthorizationStoreRoleProvider with Authroization
Manager (AzMan)

Here is my situation:

I have a menu control binding to a site map control with the
securitytrimminenabled property set to true a AzMan Role provider with a
local policy store in an XML file.

If I do any change through the AzMan mangament console, the menu item is
still based on pervious role settings. All I can do is to set
cacheRefreshInterval="1" or restart the web site, so that the roles caches
become invalid as soon as possible.

Is there any way that I can change role settings in AzMan console and have
those changes reflected immediately on the website? Is there a Cache
dependency I can set on the roles store, so that whenever the role store
changes, the caches are invalid?
