I've never tried to do that before. Also I'm currently running this
under localhost as I'm debugging the application. Once it's debugged
then I'll publish it to the server.
What are the steps to set up delegation? Again, it's really weird as
the code works for .avi files but not .wmv files and both files are
located in the same directory on the server.
