Re: 401 if AppPool is not Network Service

Other things I've checked:
The service account DOES have the "Log on as a service" privilege (in
Local Security Settings > User Rights Assignment)
The IIS_WPG group DOES have the "Impersonate a client after
authentication" privilege.
