Add a subroutine which detects whether your app is connected to the internet. Whenever it is connected, you can synchronize with the internet database. Other than that, without a regular/permanent connection, there is no way for your desktop database to synchronize with the internet database.

Yes my desktop app is disconnected from internet. what you suggest on
the mechanism of updating the records on Web from Desktop applicatin.
