This could be absolutely anything. More details are necessary. You will need
to set your <customerrors> section as mentioned in the error message. Run
the app and get the 'actual' exception information, then you can set it back
to its original setting to prevent others from seeing this.
Once you have the more detailed exception information, then accurate
diagnosis will/shold be possible
