    Sorry,
    The original process token above actually have
    "SeEnableDelegationPrivilege" and "SeTcbPrivilege" enabled. I
    did cut and paste an earlier version of the process token.
    (I am manually enabling those privileges right before obtaining the
    impersonation token)
