Azman Security Questions

In Azman, it is said that the policy store(remote) will load policies to
the local memory when open application is called? Is it true? Assume
authorization policy is loaded from remote store to do access check
locally, will authz policies be exposed to the outside when being
loaded? Is it potential security problem for doing so?

I am not sure whether my understanding is correct. Opinions and
comments are very welcome.
