Using Microsofts Application block Exception Manager on Windows 20

I'm having issues with the event log on windows 2003. It keeps stating that I don't have write permissions. I've added the aspnet's sid to the customsd key in the registry but it still has the following error:

InvalidOperationException: Cannot open log for source {0}. You may not have write access.]

Any hints on what else to do?
