Hi Henry,

To write on a CD-RW driver, a user account need full control permission on
the driver. Beside this, it also need permission to read the driver program
files and Read/Write temporary files folder. Normally, I will recommend
System account or local administrator account to perform the task, not
ASPNET. It may be a secuty risk to grant so much permission to ASPNET.
