System.UnauthorizedAccessException

Hi,

I am trying to call a dll (unmanaged) from an asp.net application. But I
am getting the following error:

Access is denied.

Exception Details: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access is denied.

Other information:
II6.
Windows 2003 server.

Can someone help to find out how i can solve this issue?
