    Juan,

    This kind of message (rather unspecific in fact), might be caused by a
    worker process account without the necessary permissions to run. If you see
    last the event log entry with an error status, you should see that the
    ASP.NET wp couldn't start up. If you want to set up an account for running
    an ASP.NET wp, I suggest to take a look at this link:
