Juan,
Go to the IIS console and create a new Application Pool (right click on
Application Pools folder). Then go to the properties option of your newly
created appPool and set the account of your desire on the Identity tab. When
finished, go to your site properties "Home Directory" and set your AppPool
name on the Application Pool combo located at the bottom of the page.
