C#: How do I orce a server to refresh its list of security groups from an Active Directory.

Hello!

I am trying to figure out in C# how to force a server to refresh its list of
security groups from an Active Directory. I can not modify the registry or
change the default group policy refresh interval set in the domain policy
(Q203607), and my application can not wait 90 minutes for the security
groups to get updated. The users would revolt!
