Problem with control locations in an upgraded .net project

    Every time i convert a form from vb6 to vb.net and then open up the newly converted project, all the controls are shifted to the top left of the form. This happens only when in design mode, in the actual code and when the applicatin is run, the controls are displayed in the right locations. can anyone tell me how to get the controls to display in the right locations in design mode. Thank heaps
