Web Page Problems Placed in Different Folder

Hi,
Case:
Two folder in a web application 1: having Forms Authentication 2: No
Authentication
Forms Placed under Root or with FormsAuthentication is working fine.
But Forms place under Folder which has no authentication Has following
problem.
1. Control Values are not getting Captured.
2. Any Control like Textbox or Button on Click related activities are not
getting triggered.

Why is this happening is there any setting to be done in this folder or what
?
