Hi Brad,

You may set the custom error page in <customErrors> Element of web.config:

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/treeview/default.asp?url=/technet/prodtechn
ol/windowsserver2003/proddocs/standard/aaconcustomerrorselement.asp
