Check that IIS Anonymous access is enabled, by right clicking the directory
in the IIS Admin, select properties, then Directory Security tab, then
"Enable Anonymous access". This setting is normally on by default in
previous OS's, but the new 2003 server is shipped "Tight as a drum"
supposedly.
