Open start->settings->control panel -> Users and password (on W2K).

Or right click the folder(s) you which to share. Choose the sharing tab, and
then the permissions button.

On the new dialog click add. Choose look in "your computer name".

Find the ASPNET user in the list!

If there is no ASPNET user i would check if you have .NET and ASPNET
installed at all !
