aspnet_wp won't execute on windows server 2003

I am struggling with this windows 2003 server with asp.net.
When I installed windows 2003 server first time, I choose the "domain
controller
role" option, and I installed IIS6 and .net framework.
Then I realized I never be able to execute aspnet_wp.exe by checking
task manager. So I searched all board, and got some related topic such
as
I should set security setting with machin.config or etc.
However, instead of doing that, I disable domain controller role
options, so
I can use ASPNET account as a local account.
I set aspnet allowed from "w3 ex server config", didn't forget to run
aspnet_regiis -i,and I also add aspnet to access controle list of
all possible necessary folders. After I restart server,
I still don't see aspnet_wp.exe running on my task manager.
What is the possible incorrect setting?
Please help me.
